I was looking at this dress and if I ordered a made to order dress would it be possible to remove the flowers from the waist band? Also I noticed this dress comes in a variety of colors, if I chose another color would the lace on the bodice still be black?

Yes, it's possible to remove the flowers if you don't like them. Usually the black part will be made in other colors while the white part would stay white. So if you choose the purple for this dress, the lace would also be in purple.
